TVKC is pleased to open membership applications for the 2010 season.
 
We are running more classes than ever in the 2010 season, and welcome all returning competitors as well as new faces to the club.


You may have noticed the return of TKM to the roster, and as a special incentive to TKM drivers, we are offering FREE ENTRY TO KARTMASTERS 2010 to the winners of the Junior TKM and TKM Extreme winter series, so get your entries in early!!

2010 Fees:
Membership fee -  £50 per driver
Practice Fee -  £40**
Race Entry -  £50**.
 
 
We are also offering discounted FAMILY MEMBERSHIP if you have more than one driver per family!  The following reductions would apply:
1st Membership   £50.00
2nd Membership  £40.00
3rd Membership   £30.00
4th Membership   £20.00
 
Power In The Paddock:
Now that the mains power in the front paddock is fully functional, TVKC are pleased to announce that competitors will receive FREE power in the front paddock on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of ALL Trent Valley Kart Club race weekends!
 

RULES AND REGULATIONS

TVKC race under MSA regulations, and these can be found in the relevant 'Blue Book' and 'Gold Book'. You can obtain a copy from the MSA by clicking HERE.

JOINING TVKC AS A RACING MEMBER?
If you want to race at TVKC then you must become a member. 
(Please Note:  This ruling has been in place since the opening of the Circuit and the Club and is a long standing agreement with the local authorities and planning departments.)

Once your form is in the post, you then need to email us a photo for your membership card.
The photo needs to be taken against a white/cream background please, showing a clear image of your head and shoulders (no comedy photos of shampoo bottles please!).
Once happy with the photo, email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  and don't forget to include your full name, license number and the class you will be racing in.

 

I'VE JOINED AS A MEMBER, NOW HOW DO I ENTER A RACE?

Once you join as a member, you will recieve an entry pack.
Your membership pack will contain a stock of entry forms, which detail all the information you need to enter a race.
Upon completing an entry form, post it to our Competition Secretary, whose address you will find on the Contact Us page.
Forms need to be submitted so that they arrive with us no later than the Saturday prior to the meeting.
Any entry recieved after this time is subject to a £15 late entry fee.

** fees stated are per driver per class entered. If you choose to enter more than one class you will need to pay practice and race fees for each class you enter.
